If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may contact IDLife within 30 days from the date of purchase for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may then return the unused portion of the product to IDLife for a full refund (not applicable for Starter Kits). Simply return the unused portion of your products to IDLife with the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box. Once we receive your order, we will promptly credit the purchase back to your credit card.
Please note: If you refuse the package or return to sender, the carrier will issue us a Shipping Recall Fee which will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
